Click on the order form button below to access a printable order form you may use to purchase items from the SMM School Store. The school dress code requires a red t-shirt and navy sweatpants be worn for gym class. These items, featuring the SMM logo, may be purchased through the school store.
The dress code also allows students to wear the navy SMM crewneck sweatshirt during the cooler months as an alternative to the navy SMM embroidered sweater. Like the sweater, the sweatshirt is to be worn over a white, collared or turtleneck shirt. Please note that no other sweatshirt will be acceptable and that this sweatshirt can only be purchased through the school store. All apparel in the school store feature the SMM logo and are of excellent quality and value. We also have other fun items like backpacks, knit hats, baseball caps, folders, pencils, bags, and socks. If you wish to purchase any of these items to have at the start of school, please complete the atorder form and mail it along with your check (do not mail cash) payable to SMM Family/School
